1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all Trans-RCL shipping, logistics, and technological services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply fully with these terms.

Trans-RCL reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Definitions

  • "Shipper" — the person sending the shipment.
  • "Receiver" — the person receiving the shipment.
  • "Shipment" — any item being transported with Trans-RCL.
  • "Transit Time" — the estimated delivery duration.

3. Scope of Service

Trans-RCL provides logistics, courier, e-commerce fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services.

We handle documents, parcels, consumer goods, commercial shipments, and freight. Restricted and prohibited items may not be accepted.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are prohibited:

  • Cash above legal limits
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Illegal substances or narcotics
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Explosives or flammable materials

Restricted items may require special handling or documentation.

5. Shipment Inspection

Trans-RCL reserves the right to inspect any package to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and customs regulations.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, traffic conditions, and other operational factors.

Trans-RCL is not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or the maximum compensation allowed under our policies.

Trans-RCL is not responsible for:

  • Poor packaging by the shipper
  • Confiscation by customs or government agencies
  • Items shipped in violation of prohibited-item rules

8. Claims

Claims for lost, damaged, or missing shipments must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Claims can be submitted on the Trans-RCL Claims Page.

9. Payment Terms

All charges must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Unpaid balances may be subject to suspension of service or legal recovery.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery addresses
  • Pack items securely
  • Declare contents truthfully
  • Comply with laws and customs rules

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Middle East.
